This is my FULL experience package with queen level coaching.

Here’s what to expect (and what’s expected of you!):

Nutrition Coaching: We will focus on developing a deeper understanding of what your body NEEDS and learn how to apply this knowledge to create SUSTAINABLE changes.
App Access: You will receive access to the Everfit app where you will have access to customized training plans, weekly check-ins, community forums, weekly challenges and more. This is your new best friend in your fitness journey. You can track your weight, upload progress photos and measurements, view the workout and how it is performed, track how much weight you are lifting and even upload your meals!
Bi-weekly Check-Ins: These are the perfect way for me to get an insight into how you’re feeling! Whether you are needing an adjustment or have questions regarding nutrition or exercises, we will be checking in every week to make sure you’re getting the most out of your time with me.
Constant access to ME: I am right beside you the entire time! If you have any questions, you can hop on the app and send me a message.
Community Forums: You are not alone in your journey. We all need a little support and to see that other people are or have been where you are. On my team, you’re a part of something more. You’re a part of the Hive where we all take care of each other.

We move quickly on my team and are never afraid to ask questions. I will share how to do a movement as well as provide support when using all features of the Everfit app where you can easily track meals and macronutrients. I am here to help YOU.
