My journey with fitness started when I was just in elementary school. I have always been driven by being stronger and being able to challenge myself and my body, but not understanding how to support my body took a TOLL. I suffered from muscle imbalances, exhaustion, and aches and pains everywhere. It wasn't until I learned the power of Strength x Pilates training and nutrition that I really started to feel a difference.
I received my certification in personal training and nutrition coaching in 2024 from the National Academy of Sports Medicine, and I am currently completing a Pilates Apprenticeship through Balanced Body.
Now, I want to help YOU feel your best in your body. Whether you're wanting to lose weight, build muscle, or reset those muscles, my programs are about helping you feel your BEST.
I love keeping myself healthy, but I also love spending time traveling the world and spending time with my loved ones (including my animal;))!
